We track our progress continuously and work with a ‘build, measure, learn’ approach to ensure ongoing iteration of our programs and implementation of lessons learned.
When we design a new program, impact measurement and management are at the core. The Reach for Change impact team is heavily involved in outlining the objectives of the program as well as developing monitoring and evaluation plans. This way, we ensure that no matter the program we run, we start with what change we want to create for the target group and structure the program around the best way to achieve it.
To evaluate the results of our programs, we monitor if the planned activities took place (outputs), whether the desired change happened (outcomes), and how much of that change happened because of our activities (impact). We aim to understand both our direct and indirect impact.
